Christian Fellowship For Disabled
are a group of
Christians who love God, and meet regularly to share, support and encourage
one another in our Christian walk.
The activities of the Wellington Branch of CFFD are open to any person who wishes
to take part, whether disabled or not.
Some of us have some
sort of disability and some do not – all are welcome

The aims of the Trust are

Monthly Meetings
Meetings are held on a
Saturday at a different location throughout the Wellington Region.
From 11 – 3.30pm they include worship, prayer, testimony, lunch and
a practical speaker or interactive workshop.

Up the Ramp (Friendship and Support Centre) 
is open each Monday
from 10am-2pm at Lower Hutt Assembly Of God at 22 Marsden Street
Lower Hutt. An opportunity for those with a
disability, their family, friends, or carers to
drop in for a while. Bring your own lunch – tea, coffee and company and
activities are provided. Once a month a guest speaker is invited.

Prayer Meetings & Home Groups
Monthly prayer meetings
are held in Lower Hutt. Prayer co-ordinators oversee the meeting
and also invite requests for the branch prayer chain.
A home group meets
monthly on a Monday night in Wainuiomata from 7-9pm. This provides small group support and
encouragement, in an accessible home.

Camps Information
The Wellington Branch organizes a regional camp, each year in
February/March
At El Rancho Christian
Camp in Waikanae where there is comfortable
facilities and the opportunity to try a wide range of outdoor activities
makes this a popular weekend event of fun and fellowship.

The Wellington branch
distributes a regular NEWSLETTER, keeping everyone informed of
up-coming happenings and events of interest. To receive a copy of the

The Christian
Ministries With Disabled Trust publishes a national magazine quarterly,
called The ENCOURAGER.
Both are free and are
mailed extensively throughout New Zealand.

an intellectual disabled group.
