Monthly Meetings
Meetings are held on a
Saturday at a different location throughout the Wellington Region.
From 11 – 3.30pm they include worship, prayer, testimony, lunch and
a practical speaker or interactive workshop.
Next Meeting Dates are on
SATURDAY 16th April 11am-3.30pm: Wellington Central Church, 39 Webb Street. Our AGM
is in the morning. AGM can stand for “Annual General Meeting” but
it could also stand for “About God’s Ministry”. We would
love to see you there! Helen McGhie is speaking in afternoon about her experiences
in Sri
Lanka
after the tsunami. She went to instruct locals in grief counselling.
Bring $5 for lunch.
Saturday 21st May 11am-3.30pm: - Petone Baptist Church, 38 Buick Street. Hear
about the work of Drug Arm from Peter
Whaanga speaking in the afternoon.

Christian Fellowship For Disabled
Are a group of
Christians who love God, and meet regularly to share, support and encourage
one another in our Christian walk.
The activities of the Wellington Branch of CFFD are open to any person who wishes
to take part, whether disabled or not.
Some of us have some
sort of disability and some do not –all are welcome

Up the Ramp (Friendship and Support Centre) 
LOWER HUTT ASSEMBLY OF GOD, 22 MARSDEN STREET, LOWER HUTT
THURSDAY 25TH NOVEMBER, 10.30am – Debra Dissanayeke, a local woman now resident in her husband’s
country of Sri Lanka, will be sharing her testimony and story of
‘Overcoming Depression in the Midst of Tragedy’. A light lunch will be provided
afterwards. For further information,

– As this will be the last meeting of the year, we will be having a
special shared lunch. Bring something
yummy to share. If you intend coming,

Prayer Meetings
& Home Groups
Monthly prayer meetings
are held in Lower Hutt. Prayer co-ordinators oversee the meeting
and also invite requests for the branch prayer chain.
A home group meets
monthly on a Monday night in Wainuiomata from 7-9pm. This provides small group support and
encouragement, in an accessible home.

Camps Information
The Wellington Branch organizes a regional camp, each year in
February/March
At El Rancho Christian
Camp in Waikanae where there is comfortable facilities and the opportunity to
try a wide range of outdoor activities makes this a popular weekend event of
fun and fellowship.

distributes a regular NEWSLETTER, keeping everyone informed of

Ministries With Disabled Trust publishes a national magazine quarterly,
called The ENCOURAGER.
Both are free and are
mailed extensively throughout New Zealand.
