INTRODUCTION
Hi, everyone. Well, CFFD Hawkes Bay has been very busy. In June, Ruth Jones and Joan Parker went to the 50th anniversary for Southern Star Abbey at Palmerston North. We did 2 services for Disability Sunday - Living Waters in Taradale and St Peters Anglican in Hastings. Both went off well with support for the PCFFD. Bruce Fox, Derek Young, and Joan Parker went to the Abbey for a retreat for a weekend. Thank you all for your support - it has a blessed month.
WE ARE GETTING CLOSER...
Paul Gabrielle has sat both the required exams and has passed with marks in the high nineties. In the next two weeks, Paul will bring our bus back to Hawkes Bay. All we have to do now is get through all the "red tape".
LEADERS' CAMP
Maria Sinclair, Bruce Fox, Derek Young, Joan Parker, and Ruth Jones from Palmerston North went to the leaders' camp in Matamata in July.
SPIRITUAL ADVISOR
Di Woods from Taradale Anglican is our new spiritual advisor. She is to meet with the
committee in July. A big "thank you" to her for taking us on !
JOY MINISTRIES
Our Joy Ministries people enjoyed their camp. They meet monthly. For more information ring Colin Winters.
